As of December 31, 2023, HCL Tech employs 2,24,756 people. During Q3, 3,617 new employees joined, including 3,818 freshers. The attrition rate dropped significantly to 12.8% from 21.7% a year ago.

FY24 Guidance:

HCL expects revenue growth of 5-5.5% in constant currency for FY24, with EBIT margins projected to be between 18-19%.
